How to Use Our Mailing List

Troop 73 utilizes a centralized email distribution list.

To send an email through this list :

  1. Compose your email
  2. Address it only to : troop73news@troop73nj.org
  3. Send it.


An approval email will be sent to 4 people :

  1. Scoutmaster
  2. Committee Chair
  3. Web Master
  4. An Assistant Scoutmaster

When one of those four approves it, it then gets sent out within minutes, but looks like it was sent by you, so replies go to you.


NOTE: This list is only to be used by Troop 73 members, and only for official Troop 73 business. Any other use, especially personal messages, will be rejected.

  
Subscribing/Unsubscribing to the Troop 73 Mailing List

To add (subscribe) your email to our distribution list, or remove (Unsubscribe) your email from the list,
simply enter your full name :

then click either :Subscribe or Unsubscribe

Then, in the pop-up email window, just click "Send"

NOTE! - This list is moderated, and you may be sent a response email from the moderator to prove that you are a member of our troop.
